How do I open a GoldLuxo gold savings contract?

You can open your GoldLuxo gold savings contract easily online, directly on our website. It becomes valid immediately after registration – no paperwork or postal documents are required. Everything related to your gold savings plan is handled quickly and conveniently online.

When does my gold savings contract become active?

Your GoldLuxo gold savings contract becomes active as soon as your first payment is received.
Please send your payment to the account shown during registration or in your confirmation email.
Once the payment is credited, your gold savings plan is automatically activated and your first gold grams are added to your GoldLuxo savings account.

How does account verification work?

After registration, simply log in to your GoldLuxo savings profile and open the “Account Verification” section.
There, you can upload your ID document (passport or ID card), confirm your address, and verify your bank account used for gold savings payments.
Verification is fast, secure, and fully online, with no printed documents or email links required.

Who can open a GoldLuxo gold savings plan?

A GoldLuxo gold savings plan can be opened only by the person who registers on our website. The savings account is always held exclusively in the name of the registered owner.

Can a company open a GoldLuxo gold savings contract?

Yes, a company can also open a GoldLuxo gold savings contract. The purchased gold is then allocated under the company’s name as part of its savings portfolio.

What is my GoldLuxo contract number?

It is your unique 6-digit GoldLuxo identification number used for all communication with us. It also serves as a payment reference, ensuring that your gold savings deposits are correctly linked to your savings contract.
👉 After your registration is approved, this number will be sent to you by email.
Until it is assigned, you may use your full name or email address as the payment reference for your first deposit.

Can I have multiple GoldLuxo gold savings plans?

Yes, you can hold multiple GoldLuxo gold savings plans simultaneously – for example, for retirement, business savings, or a personal reserve in physical gold.

Payments & Savings

In which currency can I save?

You can save in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD) or British pounds (GBP).
You choose your preferred currency during registration, depending on where your payments come from.
Each savings plan is maintained in one currency only. If you wish to save in multiple currencies, you can simply open an additional GoldLuxo plan.

Can I change my payment currency later?

No, the currency cannot be changed once your savings plan is activated.
Each GoldLuxo plan is linked to one currency – EUR, USD, or GBP – selected at registration.

If you would like to save in another currency, you can easily open a new savings plan in that currency (for example, one in EUR and another in USD). Each plan has its own contract number and separate online account.

Where can I send payments in EUR?

Please use the following collection account for all payments in euros.
If you haven’t received your contract number yet, use your name or email address as the payment reference.
Once your payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation by email or SMS.

How often should I send my payments?

You decide how often you want to save – weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Gold purchases are made once per week, every Monday.
All payments received by Friday are included in the following Monday’s purchase.

What are the minimum savings amounts?

The minimum savings amounts are the same across all currencies – EUR, USD, and GBP.
Choose your plan according to how much you wish to save regularly:

  • Gold START – from 100 per month / 1,200 per year

  • Gold PRIME – from 250 per month / 3,000 per year

  • Gold ELITE – from 1,000 per month / 12,000 per year

For example:
if you save in dollars, your monthly minimum is 100 USD,
if in pounds, 100 GBP,
and if in euros, 100 EUR – all plans follow the same structure.

If you skip a month, that’s perfectly fine – what matters is the total yearly amount.

When will my payment appear in my online account?

Your payment will appear once it’s received and confirmed by our bank.
The timing depends on your payment type:

  • SEPA (EUR): usually the next business day

  • GBP (Faster Payments): within a few hours

  • USD (ACH): 1–2 business days

  • SWIFT international transfer: 2–3 business days

Missing or incorrect payment references may delay processing.

Can I pay by card?

Currently, card payments are not supported due to high gateway fees (3–4%).
We recommend using bank transfers in EUR, USD, or GBP, which are free of charge.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees.
We charge no fees for account management, savings, or gold storage – everything is free for active savers who make regular payments.

If your account remains inactive for a longer period (e.g. more than 6 months), a long-term inactivity fee may apply to cover storage and maintenance costs. Full details are available in the Savings Terms & Conditions.

Any additional costs can only come from your bank or the international payment network (e.g. intermediary bank fees).

What is the maximum payment amount I can send?

There is no maximum limit on how much you can send – larger payments are allowed.
However, please consider your bank’s internal transfer limits and security reviews.

For larger transfers (around 100,000 USD or equivalent), we recommend:

  • splitting the amount into smaller payments to avoid bank holds,

  • sending from the same account registered under your contract name,

  • including the correct reference (name, email, or contract number),

  • notifying us in advance for faster allocation to your account.

Your bank may request verification or proof of funds — his is a normal part of AML/KYC security checks.
GoldLuxo is also legally required to verify the origin of funds for larger deposits and may request additional documentation to comply with financial regulations and client protection laws.

Can I set up a standing order?

Yes. Setting up a standing order is the easiest way to save regularly. You can schedule a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly transfer directly from your bank.

What if I miss a payment?

Missing a month is not a problem. Your savings are calculated based on your total yearly deposits — as long as you reach the minimum annual target, you’ll still qualify for your bonus.

Can I make additional payments?

Yes, you can send extra payments at any time. Every additional transfer is added to your account and included in the next weekly gold purchase.

Gold Purchase & Pricing

What is the current gold price?

The current gold price is based on the official London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) quotation — the global reference standard used by banks, refineries, and precious metal traders worldwide. The price changes daily according to international market conditions.

All GoldLuxo purchases are executed at this official LBMA rate, which is converted into grams once per week for all savings accounts.

When are gold purchases made?

Gold is purchased once per week – every Monday
(or the next working day if there is a public holiday in the United Kingdom). All payments received and confirmed by Friday are included in the following Monday’s purchase. Payments received after Friday are automatically moved to the next week’s cycle.

Why don’t you buy gold daily?

Daily purchases would increase costs, transaction fees, and administrative overhead, directly impacting client value. The weekly model is proven to be the most efficient and cost-effective, as long-term comparisons show that weekly averages achieve nearly the same results as daily trades — but with significantly lower costs. This approach allows GoldLuxo to maintain low margins, full transparency, and stable conditions for every saver.

At what price is gold purchased?

Each Monday, purchases are made at the official LBMA Morning Gold Fix published at 10:30 a.m. London time.
This is a public, independent price that GoldLuxo cannot influence. The price is converted from troy ounces (31.103 g) into grams, and only the standard GoldLuxo service margin is added — covering costs of purchase, insurance, management, and secure storage.

What is the margin per program?

Every company in the world that sells physical gold applies a spread (margin) — it’s a standard part of the gold trade, covering production, certification, insurance, logistics, and vaulting costs.

At GoldLuxo, we keep margins extremely low thanks to efficient operations and the absence of intermediaries.
In addition, each client receives bonus gold grams for free, further reducing the effective margin.

Your gold will be credited to your online GoldLuxo account within 24 hours after Monday’s purchase.
Inside your profile, you can always view:

  • the total number of gold grams,

  • your accumulated bonus grams,

  • and the full transaction history of all payments and purchases.

All data is synchronized automatically, giving you full transparency from your first payment onward.

Can I choose the type of gold bars stored for me?

Your gold is purchased and held in LBMA-certified investment bars (Good Delivery) in standard weights used by international banks and refineries — typically 10 g, 50 g, 100 g, or 1 oz.

GoldLuxo automatically groups your grams into bars based on your total holdings, ensuring efficient management and storage.

👉 If you wish to select a specific bar with its serial number or a preferred refinery, you can request this through our Personal Bullion Selection service. This is a paid option, available upon request and billed according to the current GoldLuxo fee schedule.

What happens if a weekly purchase is delayed?

If a rare situation occurs — such as a public holiday, technical maintenance, bank delay, or exceptional market condition — your funds remain safely on your GoldLuxo client account. The purchase is then automatically postponed to the next Monday, without any risk or additional cost. You will always be notified by email.

Where is my gold physically stored?

Your gold is securely held in elite GoldLuxo vaults located in the world’s safest financial centers: Zurich, London, New York, Toronto, and Singapore.

You can choose your preferred storage location when opening your savings plan. Each vault is fully insured, protected, and independently audited. The gold is legally assigned to your name under Gold & Diamond Capital Ltd, which supervises the custody and accounting of all client holdings.

Is my gold insured?

Yes. All gold stored in our vaults is fully insured against theft, damage, or loss. Insurance coverage is provided by Lloyd’s of London, one of the world’s leading insurers of high-value assets. This insurance is automatically included in every savings plan — you pay no extra fees. Your gold is protected from the moment of purchase until its resale or withdrawal.

Bonus Gold Grams

What are Bonus Gold Grams?

With every purchase in your GoldLuxo savings plan, you receive free bonus gold grams — 7%, 9%, or 11%, depending on your selected program. This is an exclusive reward for loyal clients that increases the total value of your savings and lets you accumulate more physical gold for the same amount of money.

Example:
If you invest 100 (EUR / USD / GBP) and purchase 1.5323 g of gold, you receive an additional 0.1379 g for free with a 9% bonus, bringing your total to 1.6702 g of gold credited to your account.

Do I receive bonus gold grams with every purchase?

Yes. Bonus gold grams are automatically calculated with every gold purchase according to your selected savings program. You can track your growing bonus balance anytime in your online account under the “Bonus Gold Grams” section.

💡 Officially, bonus gold grams are credited once per year – at the end of the calendar year.
At that moment, they become your full property
and are permanently added to your total gold balance.

What conditions must I meet to receive bonus gold grams?

Bonus gold grams reward consistent and disciplined savers
who make regular contributions to their GoldLuxo savings plan.
The more committed you are, the higher your annual reward:

  • Gold START – 7% bonus (from 100 monthly or 1,200 yearly)

  • Gold PRIME – 9% bonus (from 250 monthly or 3,000 yearly)

  • Gold ELITE – 11% bonus (from 1,000 monthly or 12,000 yearly)

All amounts apply equally to EUR, USD, and GBP, ensuring fairness for all GoldLuxo clients worldwide.

In your first year, the required annual minimum is calculated proportionally based on the month you start saving.

What happens if I don’t reach the annual savings limit?

If you don’t reach the minimum annual savings amount for your program by the end of the calendar year,
your bonus gold grams won’t be credited, and your bonus section will reset at the start of the next year.

Your real gold remains fully safe and untouched in the vault, and you can continue saving and earning new bonuses in the following year.

💡 Note:
Your bonus depends only on your total annual savings and payment discipline,
not on the weight of your gold bar (for example, 10 g or 1 oz).

Can I lose my bonus gold grams – or even my saved gold – if I stop saving?

No, you will never lose your real gold. Every gram of gold you have purchased is your legal property
and remains safely stored in the vault even if you pause or stop saving. However, you can lose your bonus gold grams if you stop saving during the year and fail to meet your annual savings goal.
In that case, all provisional bonuses are automatically canceled, and your bonus balance is reset at the beginning of the next year.

💡 Your physical gold always remains intact — you can sell it, keep it stored, or continue saving whenever you wish.
Bonus gold grams, however, can only be earned again in the next calendar year if you resume active saving under your chosen GoldLuxo program.

Gold Sellback (Buyback Process)

How does the gold sellback work?

You can sell your gold anytime directly through your GoldLuxo online account.
Simply open the “Sell Gold” section, enter the amount you wish to sell, and confirm your request.

The system will automatically send your request for processing, and GoldLuxo will handle the sale based on the official LBMA price. The entire process is fully online – no physical delivery, no paperwork, no waiting.

When can I request a sellback?

You can request a sellback anytime – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All requests are automatically included in the next Monday buyback cycle, which is processed according to the official LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) price published every Monday at 10:30 GMT (London time).

This ensures fair and transparent conditions for all clients, regardless of the country or time of submission.

Can I request an express sellback?

Yes, you can. GoldLuxo offers an Express Sellback within 48 hours, allowing you to receive your funds much faster without waiting for the Monday cycle. This option is ideal for clients who need quick liquidity and want their funds transferred as soon as possible. The service is subject to a small fee according to the current GoldLuxo price list, covering the cost of instant processing and priority payment execution.

At what price is the gold sold?

Gold is bought back at the official LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) price, which represents the international benchmark for the gold market. To this price, GoldLuxo applies a small internal buyback adjustment,
covering the real costs of handling, storage termination, insurance, and administration.

What is the buyback adjustment?

The buyback price is calculated using the formula: (Current LBMA price ÷ 31.1035 × coefficient 0.9)

This formula converts the official LBMA price from troy ounces into grams and applies the internal GoldLuxo coefficient, which reflects all real costs associated with the buyback process – transaction handling, vault release, insurance, and administration.

If the official LBMA price is 2,300 USD per troy ounce, the calculation is as follows:
2,300 ÷ 31.1035 × 0.9 = 66.57 USD per gram (GoldLuxo buyback price). GoldLuxo follows a policy of maximum transparency – unlike many companies that hide their margins, we show our formula openly,
so every client can clearly see how the final price is calculated.

The coefficient 0.9 represents a fair and consistent value that includes all operational costs and keeps pricing transparent and equal for everyone.

When and where will I receive my payment?

Once your sellback request is confirmed, the funds are transferred directly to your verified bank account.
The standard processing time is 5 – 10 business days, depending on currency, banking system, and country.

For express sellbacks, payments are processed and transferred within 48 hours after approval.
You’ll receive an email notification at every stage of the process.

What fees are charged when selling gold?

We do not charge any hidden or handling fees. Only a small transfer fee may apply, covering the actual banking costs for international payments.

💡 The usual transfer cost ranges from 5 to 10 USD,
depending on the bank, country, and transfer type.

Gold Storage and Security

Where is my gold stored?

Your gold is physically stored in international high-security vaults located in London, Zurich, Toronto, Singapore, and New York.
For larger investors, individual vault storage in Austria is also available. Every gram shown in your account corresponds to real physical gold held in a vault – not paper gold or any financial derivative.
GoldLuxo purchases only certified investment-grade physical gold, which is fully insured and legally separated from the company’s assets.

Is my gold real or paper-based?

Your gold is real, physical gold stored in professional vaults. It is not “paper gold”, CFDs, or any other financial product. Every gram displayed in your account is backed by an equivalent amount of physical metal stored in a secure vault.

Which vault should I choose?

It’s best to select a stable country with a strong legal system and economic security. Many clients combine European locations (such as Zurich or London) with ultra-stable jurisdictions like Canada or Singapore
to maximize diversification and protection.

The goal is to keep your gold in a safe, independent jurisdiction, not necessarily the one closest to home. Distributing your holdings across multiple countries increases protection against political risks, state interference, or financial crises.

Can I choose where my gold will be stored?

Yes. When opening your GoldLuxo savings plan, you can choose your preferred vault region – for example Europe (Zurich, London), North America (Toronto, New York), or Asia (Singapore).

If you don’t select a specific vault, the system automatically assigns the most suitable storage location based on security and availability. You can later request a change of vault location directly from your profile,
for a small administrative fee according to the current GoldLuxo fee schedule.

💡 Larger investors may also request individual vaults in Austria
or other countries by special arrangement.

Can I personally visit the vault where my gold is stored?

No. Personal visits to vaults are not permitted. All partner vaults serve thousands of clients worldwide
and do not allow individual access for security and confidentiality reasons. However, you can track your holdings in real time via your GoldLuxo online account — including total weight, purchase history, bonus grams, and storage location.

Why is it not recommended to store gold at home?

Gold kept at home is not insured, and in case of theft, insurance companies usually offer no compensation.
It can also be seized during legal disputes, divorces, or debt enforcement, since it’s considered part of personal property.

Home storage also reduces anonymity and increases risk — if anyone learns that you hold physical gold at home,
you may become a target of theft, extortion, or even physical danger.

Do I pay for gold storage?

This fee covers vault maintenance, insurance, and administrative costs.

Is my gold insured?

Ending Your Gold Savings Plan

How can I end my savings plan?

Ending your savings plan is completely simple and free of charge. Just submit a termination request directly in your online account, and the system will automatically process the buyback of all your saved gold grams
according to the current GoldLuxo buyback conditions. Once the transaction is processed, the funds will be transferred to your verified bank account, and your agreement will be considered officially closed.

Are there any fees for ending my savings plan?

No, there are no fees for ending or cancelling your GoldLuxo savings plan. When you decide to stop saving, your gold will be redeemed according to the current buyback terms, and your contract automatically ends after the payout.

When can I end my savings plan?

You can end your GoldLuxo savings plan anytime – without notice, restrictions, or long-term commitments.
There’s no minimum saving period – you save for as long as it suits your personal goals.

How can I pause my savings and continue later?

Pausing your savings is very easy – simply stop sending monthly payments. Your existing gold will remain safely stored and fully insured in the vaults. However, if your savings remain inactive for more than 6 months, your account will automatically switch to storage mode, and a standard annual storage and insurance fee will apply
in accordance with the current GoldLuxo price list.

👉 This fee also applies if you later reactivate your plan, as it covers the full cost of insured storage for the inactive period.

Can I sell only part of my gold?

Yes, absolutely. You can request to sell only part of your gold holdings at any time, while the rest remains securely stored in the vault. Simply enter the amount you wish to sell in your online account, and the system will process the transaction automatically according to the current GoldLuxo buyback price and conditions.

How is the savings plan usually closed?

The plan is typically closed through a full gold buyback. GoldLuxo will repurchase all your accumulated gold grams based on the current buyback terms and official price list.

Once your request is processed, funds are sent directly to your verified bank account in the same currency as your savings plan. This marks your official contract termination and the closure of your GoldLuxo membership.

Can I reactivate my account after closing it?

Yes, you can.
If you decide to start saving again with GoldLuxo, simply log into your profile and activate a new savings plan.
The process is instant – with no new fees and no re-registration required.
